Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on snp500. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. snp500 reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration if the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. snp500 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
Snp500 reserves the right to request identity verification from users at any time, including during registration, deposit, or withdrawal. Required documents may include a valid copy of your national ID card or passport. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.
The snp500 platform is intended for users in Malaysia. Users accessing the platform from regions or countries where online betting is legally restricted are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws. snp500 accepts no legal liability in this regard.
Usage Rules and User Responsibilities
All snp500 users are required to comply with the following usage rules. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including account suspension or closure without a refund.

Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the snp500 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users may deposit using supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. The list of available payment methods is subject to change from time to time.
Deposits credited to your account are strictly for betting and entertainment purposes within the snp500 platform. Funds held in your account do not accrue any interest and cannot be transferred to other users. snp500 reserves the right to hold or investigate any suspicious transactions before processing them.
For withdrawals, users are required to withdraw funds only to a bank account registered in their own name. snp500 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few hours to one business day.
Snp500 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your financial institution or payment provider may apply their own charges. Users are responsible for reviewing and understanding any fees imposed by third parties.
Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property
Snp500 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. snp500 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions or errors.
Snp500 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for valid operational reasons. Accounts suspended or closed due to a breach may not be eligible for a refund of remaining funds.
All content, logos, brand names, interface designs, and software used on the snp500 platform are the exclusive property of snp500 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any snp500 intellectual property without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
The snp500 platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game providers. snp500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services.

Should a dispute remain unresolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. By using the snp500 platform, you agree to submit to that jurisdiction.
